I called Frank's ten minutes before it closed on a Saturday, hoping to (hastily) get my annual inspection sticker before it closed. No one picked up and I assumed the place had closed shop for the day. They called me back immediately and said they could do the inspection before they closed if I could arrive within five minutes, which I did. They quickly took me in, inspected my vehicle and got me back on the road within 15 minutes. Customer service was great, responsive, and friendly. I don't normally write reviews, but the service here was noteworthy - highly recommended.
The owner was very friendly and helpful. I only went for an inspection sticker but I'll definitely be going back and recommend friends and family to head to Franks as well!
