I have been a customer of Hart's Hardware for over forty years. I like to shop locally, and Hart's rewards me for making that choice. An employee is always available to help me to find products and to answer all my questions.
This is the ideal local store -- staff is ALWAYS helpful and they will go so far as to take the time to walk you through a job. When it comes to big ticket items, I will go to one of the big boxes, but its about customer care here and that in the long run, can save big $$. (how much time did I waste having to redo my wall 3 times because I did not get the right product, advice at Lowes?)
