Actually went to Radio-Cat which is operating out if the VCA. The VCA staff were friendly and helpful. The Radio-cat tech was fabulous. Answered all my questions and provided daily updates while my cat was being treated.
Dr. Pelletier and her staff are amazing. They are highly skilled and compassionate caregivers who go the extra mile to take care of their patients. They have helped us through many ordeals and we cannot say enough about their efforts. With respect to primary care medicine, they never made us feel pressured to make vaccination decisions. They clearly explain all of the options available and the reasons to support their recommendations. We highly recommend them.
High quality Veterinary Care. Everyone here is friendly and helpful and they all show a deep and abiding concern for the welfare of your pet. This houseld has had one very sick cat, which they treated successfully, and a very sick dog who, unfortunately, was not treatable. They were always there and I always felt they were doing the very best they could regardless of outcome.
