When my car finally came back, the oil was 1/2 qt overfilled and none of service indicators had been reset. The usage agreements on radio software update hadn't been accepted, so I don't think they'd tested it. My radio performs as bad or worse than before. My gas was a quarter tank down & there were 40 miles on odometer. My radio was blaring on a random channel and the 'complimentary wash' looked like a 5 year old had done it. I wouldn't have them wash as I'd be afraid of scratches. So the repairs took a long time and the car came back with issues.

Why cant I get my fully refundable $500.00 deposit back. Three weeks,no return calls.

Plan B I guess

I made appointment a week ahead of time; still a fluid change and a recall took two weeks! Evidently Liberty don't research what they should get for repairs or think ahead enough to order them. During those two weeks, promised status updates seldom came and there was little followup. I have been waiting for their promised call back on some open items, but there has been no followup.

I recently purchased my truck about 3 months ago. It still has a year on the Chevy warranty.I brought it to this dealership as it was closer to my home. After a few weeks I noticed consistent squeaking and I assumed it was the belt so I brought it in. They told me that they tried to clean off the pullies and made it seem like it was the mechanic from the other dealerships problem where I purchased the vehicle and they charged me 150.00. So the next day I bought a belt, went home and cleaned all the pullies myself just like they said they tried to do. I put a new belt and and it solved the problem completely. Liberty Chevy told me that they wanted to replace all my pullies and that it would cost me thousands. So I guess I am extremely disappointed and even more upset that I still might have problems down the road that I might have to fix myself even though Its under their warranty.

They didn't offer a rental car until 9 days in. Called ahead, but still had to take two trips and sat for almost two hours to get a dirty rental.

Really, really poor service levels. It was my first time there and I will avoid going back. Even if this place is convenient, I'd suggest you look for another.
